Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to vehicle in the 1100 block of Lake Street.

Dexter D. Cool, 25, Neponset, was cited for failure to yield right of way following a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Third Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal at large was reported in the 1100 block of Madison Avenue.

Police responded to a report of motor vehicle theft in the 400 block of South Vine Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 600 block of Franklin Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to vehicle in the 900 block of Elmwood Avenue.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to vehicle in the 800 block of Willow Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 500 block of North East Street.

Jimmy A. Hollins II, 31, Kewanee, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large and failure to inoculate following a report of a dog bite in the 800 block of North Chestnut Street. He was given notices to appear.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 600 block of North Washington Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 500 block of West Sixth Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 800 block of Birch Place.

James A. Riske, 42, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for assault following a report of domestic battery in the 200 block of Rice Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of a dog bite in the 200 block of McKinley Avenue.

An animal at large was reported in the 1000 block of West South Street.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 600 block of North Main Street.
