Hector S. Lozano III, 23, Kewanee, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and operating a vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop at Houle Avenue and Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal was impounded in the 400 block of South East Street.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 800 block of Franklin Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 500 block of Williams Street.

A parking ticket was issued following a report of an abandoned vehicle in the 800 block of Pine Street.

Police responded to a report of fraud, state benefits fraud in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Nathan M. Ager Bolton, 28, Bradford, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, a Stark County warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine, and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for criminal trespass following a report of motor vehicle theft in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Joni L. Grau, 24, Kewanee, was arrested for theft of services following a request of a citizen assist in the 700 block of Tenney Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Shadycrest Drive.
