Kewanee police blotter for Aug. 5

Police responded to a disorderly conduct, telephone harassment complaint in the 400 block of South Chestnut Street.

Criminal trespass to a vehicle was reported in the 500 block of Elliott Street.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 700 block of North Main Street.

An animal was impounded at Fairview Homes.

Disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace was reported in the 700 block of South Chestnut Street.

A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Gayle A. Gerard, 69, Kewanee, and Tristan J. Shaw, 31, Kewanee, was reported in the 800 block of North Walnut Street. Shaw was transported to OSF Saint Luke Medical Center by Kewanee EMS. Gerard was cited for failure to yield right-of-way. She was given a notice to appear.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of South Park Street.

Police responded to a report of motor vehicle theft in the 400 block of East Third Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 800 block of Madison Avenue.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

An animal was impounded in the 600 block of Hollis Street.

Jason M. Villa, 26, Annawan, was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop in the 600 block of North Main Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Kentville Road.
