Carter, 31, Kewanee, was arrested for a Bureau County warrant for failure to appear for DUI and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of meth following a report of criminal trespass to real property in the 200 block of East Third Street. Jonathan E. Christian, 34, Kewanee, was arrested for a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of meth. Both were transported to the Henry County Jail.
Antonio J. Salazar, 25, Kewanee, was arrested for retail theft following a report of retail theft in the 700 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.
