Michael Durnil, 38, Kewanee, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration was suspended for mandatory insurance and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 700 block of SE 2nd Street. He was released with a required court date.
Police responded to a 9-1-1 open line complaint in the 200 block of Exchange Street. It was determined to be a misdial.
Police responded to a complaint involving an assault with a motor vehicle in the 00 block of SW 4th Street. This case is under investigation.
Police responded to a harassment complaint involving several juveniles in the 100 block of NW 8th Avenue.
James Staggs, 37, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery and criminal damage to property following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of SW 4th Street. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.
Nov. 20:
Police and fire departments, and Stark County Medic were dispatched to a single-vehicle accident with unknown injuries on Route 34 about one mile east of town. Henry County also responded and handled the crash report.
Police responded to a 9-1-1 hang-up complaint in the 200 block of Morgan Road. It was determined to be a misdial.
Police responded to an animal complaint involving a cat trying to get into the building in the 1000 block of North Center Avenue.

Police responded to a dead animal complaint after a squirrel was found in a plastic bag in the complainant’s driveway in the 800 block of NE 3rd Street.

Refugio Armenta-Andrade, 40, Moline, was issued a citation for having expired registration in the 400 block of North Center Ave.
Tondalai Coleman, 35, Peoria, was issued a citation for speeding in the 900 block of North Center Avenue.
Teresa Morgan, 55, Kewanee, was issued a citation for having expired registration in the 300 block of NE 5th Street.
