An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 9th Street for a physical domestic disturbance.
An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SE 2nd Street to assist a motorist.
Police were dispatched to the 400 block of NW 1st Avenue for a complaint involving juveniles getting ready to fight another subject. They were dispersed.
An officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 4th Street to assist a citizen who appeared to be suffering from a mental health crisis.
Christopher Riojas, 34, Moline, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration was suspended for mandatory insurance and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 200 block of SE 3rd Avenue. He was released with a required court date.
Sept. 2:
An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 9th Street for a possible prowler complaint. The officer checked the area, but was not able to locate anyone.
An officer was flagged down in the downtown area about a traffic crash with damage only that occurred in the 300 block of Front Street. The officer was able to locate the other vehicle and a crash report was completed.
An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 1st Street for a loose dog complaint.
An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 9th Street for a possible prowler complaint. It was determined to be a neighbor working on a vehicle in their own yard.
Sept. 3:
An officer spoke to parents of a young child that was observed riding a bicycle in a dangerous manner. The parents advised police that they would handle the situation.
An officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 2nd Street for a traffic complaint.
Sept. 4:
An officer was dispatched to a loose dog complaint in the 100 block of NE 1st Street.
Matthew Derr, 32, Kewanee, was arrested for having a cancelled driver’s license following a traffic stop in the 300 block of SE 2nd Street. He was released with a required court date.
An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of NE 6th Avenue for a single vehicle accident with damage only. A crash report was completed.
An officer was dispatched to assist Stark County Medic with a medical emergency on SE 1st Avenue.

An officer met with a subject at the Galva Police Department in reference to a civil standby to retrieve property.
