Kewanee police blotter for July 28

William K. Skog, 20, Kewanee, was arrested in the 100 block of Payson Street on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine and criminal damage to property. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 600 block of South Vine Street.

An animal was impounded at Fairview Homes.

Police responded to a report of battery in the 600 block of East Church Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Cole Street.

A vehicle driven by Jenna M. Sabia, 29, Kewanee, struck a vehicle owned by Michael G. Anderson, 45, Kewanee, at Fairview Homes. No injuries were reported. Sabia was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a dog bite in the 200 block of North Boss Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South West Street.

An animal at large was reported at Boss and Commercial streets.

Police responded to a report of mischievous conduct in the 500 block of South Main Street.
