Melody A. Collins-Cotes, 24, Galva, was issued a notice to appear for criminal damage to property following a request to remove an unwanted subject in the 100 block of North Burr Boulevard.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of North Boss Street.

Police responded to a report of theft over $500 in the 600 block of South Main Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 400 block of South Elm Street.

Dawn M. Chasteen, 36, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal trespass to state-supported land following a report of criminal trespass to state-supported land in the 700 block of East Second Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 700 block of Roosevelt Avenue.

Corry King, 49, Kewanee, was arrested for aggravated battery and domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of East Prospect Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Antonio A. Jones, 35, Kewanee, was arrested for driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop in the 400 block of East South Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a report of domestic battery in the 200 block of Elliott Street.

A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by a 17-year-old female and a 16-year-old female was reported in the 100 block of Tenney Street. The 16-year-old female was cited for leaving the scene of an accident. No injuries were reported.

Police responded to a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 500 block of Willow Street.

An animal was impounded in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

A damage-only traffic accident involving a vehicle driven by Leslie Murphy, 69, Kewanee, that struck a pole, was reported in the 400 block of South Grove Street. Murphy was transported to the OSF Saint Luke Medical Center by Kewanee EMS. Murphy was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
