`The Lady Geese hosted Galva Monday night and came away with a 25-18, 25-11 Lincoln Trail Conference win. 

Wethersfield moves to 23-5-1 overall and 10-1 in LTC play. Galva is now 6-25 on the season and 2-9 in the conference. 

The Lady Geese were victorious at all three levels, winning the sophomore match 25-4, 25-14 and the freshman match 25-15, 25-23.

Kendall Vincent led the WHS hitting attack with seven kills. Adding three each were Emersyn Nelson, Lajaya Angel, Kennady Anderson and Sophie Nimrick. Raqi Young had two, Natalie Nelson and Camryn Anderson each had one. 

Setter Raqi Young had 14 assists on the night. Abigail Cabada had two, Emersyn Nelson and Cora Hodge added one each.

Hodge led the back row defense with 10 digs. Kennady Anderson had six, Young had five and Vincent and Marlie Lindstrom each added four.

Contributing three digs a piece were Natalie Nelson and Camryn Anderson. Wavelynn Peart had two and Nimrick had one.

Angel, Emersyn Nelson and Young each had one block for the Lady Geese. 

At the serving line, Vincent recorded two aces, while Angel, Kennady Anderson, Hodge and Peart each had one. 

Wethersfield will host Knoxville Tuesday at 7 p.m. in their final LTC match of the season. The Blue Bullets are 19-9-2 on the season and 6-4 in LTC play.
