The second annual “Trunk or Treat” sponsored by Good’s Furniture in Kewanee is still accepting participants for their Halloween candy giveaway. The trick or treat event is part of the Enchanted Pumpkin Festival.

“Trunk or Treat” will be held Saturday, Oct. 21 from 3 to 5 pm in Good’s Furniture’s Main Street parking lot. Participating vehicles have until Oct. 14 to sign up, and spots are limited.

Participating organizations should arrive by 1 pm at the Good’s parking lot and stay parked until after 5 pm on the day of the event. The parking lot will be closed that day for set up. Participating vehicles need to provide candy and runners will be available to ensure no one runs out.
