The Annawan-Wethersfield girls track and field team topped the 3-team field Thursday at the Howard-Monier Co-Ed Invitational in Princeton. 

The Titans won six events and racked up 181 points in their first place winning effort. Kennady Anderson won four events, including the 800 and 1600 meter runs. She was also a member of the winning 4×400 and 4×800 meter relays. 

Anderson broke the meet record in the 800 meter run. Her time of 2:19.59 will be the new meet standard. 

Alevia Dickens of Annawan-Wethersfield took first place in the 300 meter hurdles. The Titans were  dominant n the relays, winning three of the four. The 4×200 meter relay was the third team to score a win. 

Members of the 4×200 relay are Clara Bella VanOpdorp, Tyra Jones, Emilia Escareno and Kaylee Celus. Making up the 4×400 team are Celus, Camryn Anderson, VanOpdorp and Kennady Anderson. 

Members of the 4×800 relay team are Alexis Wilson, Ava Landwehr, Camryn Anderson and Kennady Anderson).

Bureau Valley had two first place finishes. Maddie Wetzel won the 3200 meter run and Kate Salisbury topped the field in the high jump.
