
The Burney Sisters will be performing at the Bishop Hill Creative Commons, located at 309 N. Bishop Hill St. in Bishop Hill, on Wednesday, March 19 at 6 p.m.
The Americana sensation from Huntsville, Ala., the sisters began their “Seed I’ve Sown” tour on March 5, in Florence, Ala. The tour will kick off with a series of performances across the nation, featuring new releases from their eagerly anticipated EP. The journey began with their first single that dropped on Friday, Feb. 28. Subsequent singles are expected to follow approximately every six weeks.
Bella Burney expressed her enthusiasm about the tour, stating, “We are so excited to get back on the road to share our new releases with you. The time we’ve spent crafting these songs with other writers, artists and studios has been thrilling, challenging and ultimately rewarding.”
Her sister Emma said, “Bringing these new songs live to our fans is something we’ve been looking forward to for so long. We hope to bring you the very best live versions of these treasures to the stage.”
