
Close to 200 student drivers from area high schools will get an opportunity to learn about sharing the road with farm equipment and safe driving tips in rural areas. Presenters will include the Henry County Sheriff’s Department, Gold Star FS, the Farm Bureau and area farmers.
Five stations will be set up at the Henry County Fairgrounds, and students will rotate through them, learning new safety tips at each station. The event is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 21. Two sessions will be held from 9 to 11 am and noon to 2 pm.
