A Monday assembly kicked off homecoming week for Kewanee High School and both faculty and students got into the act.

Students ran a relay race; fellow teachers and brothers Trenton Terry and Willie Terry III faced off in a 1-1 game of basketball; teachers and students participated in a game of musical chairs and the KHS poms team performed with many students dressed in the day’s homecoming theme of barbecue dads or yoga moms.

The week also included events such as a bonfire and spirit games.
