The Neponset Grade School will hold a Veterans Day Program on Monday, Nov. 11 at 9 a.m. Before the program, breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 9 a.m.

The program kicks off with opening remarks by the school’s principal, Dena Bates, followed by the Presentation of Colors by the Neponset American Legion Post 875. The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Easton Blake, student council president. Also participating will be the NGS band and the Jr. High.

The speaker for the event will be Jon Pickering, US Air Force, and Principal Bates will wrap up the service with closing remarks.

“Come join us for a breakfast and a program honoring our Veterans and military currently serving,” the program flyer states.
