Saturday looks to be full of opportunities for fun and activities. For kids 10 and under grab your baskets and head to Windmont Park to take part in the Kewanee Park District Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Bunny himself will be on hand, and the hunt will feature multiple age groups leveling the playing field so every child leaves happy.

This Saturday, cities all across the country will feature peaceful NO KINGS demonstrations. Millions are expected to gather exercising their right of free‑speech and in opposition to the current president. Kewanee’s Demonstration is scheduled from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the corner of Main and Second Streets and Geneseo’s NO KINGS Demonstration is being held from 1- 2:30 p.m. by the Geneseo welcome sign at South Oakwood and South State streets.

Sunday morning check out the Great Mexican Breakfast Buffet taking place at Visitation School, 107 S. Lexington Ave. in Kewanee from 8 to 11 a.m. The breakfast buffet will feature authentic dishes guaranteed to please the entire family. Prices are as follows: adults $15, children ages 6 to 10 years $10 and children under eat free.
