Kewanee High School runners competed Saturday in the Gary Coates Invitational cross country race at Zearing Park in Princeton.

In the boys race, Jason Rusk was Kewanee’s first finisher, running 15th in a time of 18.48.76.

Hunter Vancil of Kewanee was 25th in 19:22,54, 

In the girls race, Esmerelda Martinez of Kewanee finished 21st in 24:30.82.

And Tiffany Helton was 57th in 31:54.50.
