Justin M. Dana, 40, Neponset, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of contained substance, unauthorized state/ title/certificate x2, possession of drug paraphernalia, aid/abet unlawful disp. title, DUI drugs, driving with license suspended, operating uninsured vehicle, failure to reduce speed, and possession of hypo/ syringe/ needles following a report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of South Vine Street. He was unable to post bond and transported to the Henry County Jail.

Theft over $500 was reported in the 900 block of West Prospect Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 700 block of Pleasant Street.

An animal was impounded in the 100 block of Fischer Avenue.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 100 block of West South Street.

Jonathan W. Parks, 50, Kewanee, was arrested for DUI following a report to assist a citizen at Second and East streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace.

Jequann O. Johnson, 29, Kewanee, was arrested for aggravated battery, mob action and resisting/obstructing a peace officer. He was transported to the Henry County Jail. Javon E. Porter, 36, Chicago, was arrested for aggravated battery with firearm x2, aggravated discharge of firearm near school, aggravated battery, unlawful possession of a weapon by felon, and reckless discharge of a firearm following a report of aggravated battery and firearm use in the 400 block of North Lakeview Avenue. He was transported to Henry County Jail.

Mandy M. Girkin, 36, Kewanee, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large following a report of an animal at large in the 900 block of Zang Avenue. She was given a notice to appear.

William K. Skog, 18, Kewanee, was arrested on an IDOC warrant fleeing/eluding officer for possession of meth under 5 grams following a report of theft under $500 in the 300 block of Rainbow Way. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
