Jacob S. Flagel, 23, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for visitation interference following a report of a civil complaint in the 900 block of North Burr Boulevard.

Claudia L. Chamberlain, 21, Kewanee, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop at East Street and Elmwood Avenue. She was given a notice to appear.
Wyatt H. McCormick, 19, Knoxville, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Dawn M. Chasteen, 34, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Main Street. She was given a notice to appear. Sasha M. Starr, 43, Wyanet, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of meth and a Galesburg warrant for failure to appear for retail theft. She was unable to post bond and transported to the Henry County Jail.
