Bradley L. Kelly, 34, Kewanee, was cited for disobeying a traffic control device following a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Central Boulevard. He was given a notice to appear.

A 14-year-old female was issued a notice to appear for aggravated battery following a report of aggravated battery in the 200 block of West Prospect Street.

Ryan Enriquez Angelo, 31, Princeton, was issued a citation for expired registration following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Robert F. Slas, 60, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for aggravated assault following a report of an ambulance assist in the 700 block of East Second Street.
