Treavor J. Swanson, 22, Kewanee, was issued citations for improper use of registration and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Lyle Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Jacob J. Barrett, 42, Orion, was arrested for a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for unlawful restraint and domestic battery following an in-state warrant at First Street and Lexington Avenue. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
