A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Lajean M. Breedlove, 63, Kewanee, and Charles E. Anderson, 68, Galva, was reported in the 600 block of Tenney Street. Breedlove was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way. She was given a notice to appear. A passenger in Anderson’s vehicle was taken to OSF Saint Luke Medical Center by Kewanee EMS.
