Capdevilla, 56, Lafayette, was issued citations for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger and possession of adult-use cannabis in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at Division and Wilson. Brose posted a $300 cash bond. Capdevilla was given a notice to appear.
