Alex Perez Hererra, 28, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of East Eighth Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Wilbur Street.

A traffic accident occurred in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

Andre J. Gerts, 23, Kewanee, was issued a citation for expired registration following a traffic stop at Division and East streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 1200 block of Rose Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to government supported property in the 200 block of Community Square.

A traffic accident involving a vehicle driven by Chad T. Anderson, 50, Kewanee, that struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Martin J. Smith, 56, Kewanee, was reported in the 800 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of East Third Street.

A traffic accident involving a vehicle driven by Shannon P. Frampton, 49, Kewanee, that struck a fire hydrant at a private residence, causing damage to residence and vehicle owned by Mary M. Swearingen, 84, Kewanee, was reported in the 600 block of West Prospect Street. Any injuries are unknown.
