Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident in the 100 block of East Oak Street.

Adam J. Jacobs, 46, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving suspended following a traffic stop in the 200 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of battery in the 100 block of South Junior Avenue.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Sunset Drive.

An animal at large was impounded in the 100 block of Smith Street.

Bobby Crawford, 53, Kewanee, was arrested for battery following a report of battery on Rainbow Way. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 10500 block of East 2400 Street.

Sunday:

Faith G. Gates, 28, Woodhull, was issued a citation for suspended registration or no insurance following a traffic stop at Eighth and Main streets. She was given a notice to appear.

A suspicious person report was made in the 500 block of Willard Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 100 block of Poplar Street.

Kimberly K. Huggins, 40, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a valid Stark County warrant for failure to appear for driving while license is suspended following a report of a traffic accident in the 900 block of North Main Street. She was issued a notice to appear.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Lake Street.
