Desiree M. Ryder, 41, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for criminal damage to property following a civil complaint, custody violations in the 100 block of Hope way. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Dailey, 37, Kewanee, was arrested on a Stark County warrant for failure to appear for possession of cannabis and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine and DUI following a civil stand by in the 600 block of Cole Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.
