William S. Withrow, 58, Kewanee, was arrested on a Rock Island County warrant for failure to appear for theft following a report of an in-state warrant in the 700 block of Tenney Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Shawn S. Swearingen, 52, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of meth, unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of ammo without FOID, and unlawful possession of weapon by a felon x2, following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Tenney Street. He was also cited for operating an uninsured vehicle, possession of adult use cannabis inside of a motor vehicle, and driving in the wrong lane. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone threat in the 500 block of North Grove Street.

A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Justin L. Crowson, 37, Davenport, and Aidan W. Dailey, 19, Galva, was reported at Chestnut and Oak streets. No injuries were reported. Crowson was cited for failure to yield turning left. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Rose Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 400 block of United Lane.

Luis M. Gutierrez Verduzco, 40, Kewanee, was cited for open burn violation within 10 feet of structure or building following a report of illegal burning in the 800 block of North Walnut Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Tamara S. Ramsey, 63, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal trespass to residence with persons present following a report to remove an unwanted subject in the 400 block of United Lane. She was given a notice to appear.

Jason K. Bielema, 33, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for driving 15-20 miles above limit following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Michael A. Moore, 25, Cambridge, was arrested for domestic battery, interfering with reporting domestic battery, and possession of meth following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Community Square. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Jessica L. Carlson, 33, Kewanee, was cited for unlawful visitation interference following a report of custody violations in the 400 block of East Third Street. She was given a notice to appear.

An animal at large was reported at East Division Street and Roosevelt Alley.

Skylar R. Marth, 23, Toulon, was issued a citation for failure to wear seat belt by passenger following a traffic stop at South and Tenney streets. She was given a notice to appear.

A domestic disturbance was reported at Edwards and Mill streets.

Michael E. Barnes, 18, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal damage to property and consumption of alcohol by a minor following a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls at Elm and Prospect streets. He was given a notice to appear.
