Jaylene P. Rivera, 19, Kewanee, was arrested for two counts of aggravated battery following a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 300 block of North Burr Boulevard. She was given a notice to appear. Two 16-year-old females were issued notices to appear for aggravated battery.

Steven J. Earthely, 23, Kewanee, was cited for driving with a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop at Mill and Tenney streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Dylan L. Mack, 21, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of domestic battery in the 600 block of South Chestnut Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
