A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Robyn M. Gentle, 41, Bradford, and Daniel L. Sanudo, 61, Kewanee, was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Police responded to a report of a dog bite in the 300 block of South Tremont Street.

Police responded to a report of motor vehicle theft in the 100 block of South Tremont Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of Lake Street.

Scott A. Hansen, 42, Kewanee, was cited for illegal burning following a report of illegal burning in the 600 block of Willow Street. He was given a notice to appear.

A traffic accident involving a vehicle driven by Larry E. Nanninga, 55, Kewanee, that struck a vehicle driven by Mikayla S. Puskar, 26, Kewanee, was reported at Central Boulevard and Main Street. No injuries were reported. Nanninga was arrested for DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid accident, and disobeying a traffic control device. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal at large was reported at Fairview Homes.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another peace in the 400 block of United Lane.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 100 block of North Burr Boulevard.

A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Ricky A. Dennison, 70, Kewanee, and Steven P. Rogula, 68, Kewanee, was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported. Dennison was cited for failure to yield from private drive/parking lot. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal at large was reported in the 600 block of Beach Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East Eighth Street.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 500 block of East Eighth Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Rice Street.

A 13-year-old male was cited for no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop at Elliott and Oak streets. He was given a notice to appear. A 17-year-old male was cited for allowing an unauthorized person to drive. He was given a notice to appear.

Sunday:

Jacobii D. Jones, 26, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal damage to property, criminal damage to state supported property, and threatening a public official following a report of criminal damage to property in the 200 block of Community Square. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Elliott Street.

Marcus J. Taylor, 38, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft, and criminal trespass following a report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of West Central Boulevard. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property at Third and Tremont streets.

Joshua M. Britt, 35, Kewanee, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender following a report of a sex offender: failure to register in the 400 block of East Third Street. He was given a notice to appear.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of West Fifth Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 800 block of Nelson Avenue.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Edwards Street.
