Milnes, 39, Kewanee, was arrested for a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Jewell King, 28, Wyoming, turned herself in at the police station on a Stark County warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for theft. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Friday:

William J. Crain, 27, Princeton, was arrested for DUI, stop sign violation, operating an uninsured vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Third Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Jamar L. Dixon, 42, Davenport, Iowa, was arrested for open title without complete assignment, driving suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, possession of adult-use cannabis in motor vehicle and a Rock Island County warrant for failure to appear for resisting following a traffic stop at Second and Chestnut streets. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Stephanie N. Chayer, 32, Kewanee, was arrested for theft following a report of theft in the 200 block of West Second Street. She was given a notice to appear.

An animal was impounded in the 200 block of North Chestnut Street.

Ishmael J. Wilmington, 28, Kewanee, was arrested for violation of order of protection following a complaint in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
