A violation of an order of protection was reported in the 200 block of Willard Street.

A juvenile complaint was reported in the 1200 block of East Third Street. No arrests were made.

Imedla Rodriguez, 41, Kewanee was cited for no valid driver’s license and failure to yield at an intersection following an accident at Central and Main Street. The driver of the other vehicle, Lainey L. Kelly, 18, Kewanee, was transported to OSF St. Luke Medical Center.

Criminal property damage was reported in the 1000 block of Cambridge Road.

A written warning was issued during a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Division.

A written warning was issued during a traffic stop at Fifth and Main.

Cruel treatment/abuse of an animal was reported in the 1100 block of Roseview Avenue.

Zachary E. Thompson, Peoria, was cited for speeding following a traffic stop at Third and Walnut streets.

An animal was impounded in the 900 block of Dewey Avenue.

Sunday, May 14:

Illegal burning was reported in the 1100 block of Roseview Avenue.

An animal was reported lost in the 500 block of Franklin Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at First and Main streets.

Angela M. Staley, 43, Kewanee, was arrested for operating a vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop at Central Boulevard and Chestnut Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Ashley M. Klappauf, 31, Kewanee, was arrested for retail theft, obstructing justice, possession of a controlled substance in the 600 block of Tenney Street. She was given a notice to appear. She was also arrested on a Tazewell County warrant for retail theft and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear on charges of retail theft, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. She was unable to post bond and taken to the Henry County Jail.

An animal was impounded in the 600 block of North Burr Boulevard.

Neighborhood trouble was reported in the 600 block of Hollis Street.

Cruel treatment/abuse and neglect of an animal was reported in the 400 block of East Second Street.

Disorderly conduct/telephone harassment was reported in the 400 block of North Lakeview Avenue.
