Friday:

A loud-noise complaint was received early Friday morning from the 700 block of South Chestnut Street.

Colton M. Russell, 19, of Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear on a charge of operating a vehicle with expired registration, following a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Mill Street.

A loud-noise complaint was received from the 400 block of Green Street.

Retail theft was reported in the 200 block of North East Street.

Devante J. Trim, 27, of Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear on charges of resisting a peace officer and driving while license suspended. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.

A hit and run accident was reported in the 300 block of North Main Street.

An unwanted subject was removed in the 600 block of Hollis Street.

Michael A. Duytschaver, 22, of Kewanee, was cited for speeding 44 in a 30 zone and operating an uninsured vehicle after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Page Street.

Dirk D. Ince, 51, of Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery after police were called to the 500 block of East First Street. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.

Carla S. Philhower, 52, of Kewanee, was arrested for driving under the influence, improper lane usage, loud exhaust and squealing or screeching of tires, following a traffic stop at Park and O’Dea streets.

Saturday:

Retail theft was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Roosevelt Avenue.

An animal was impounded from the 600 block of North Burr Boulevard.

Neighborhood trouble was reported in the 300 block of East Prospect Street

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 200 block of Hollis Street

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Page Street.

A report of an air rifle discharge on public street was made in the 400 block of 7th Street.

A hit and run accident was reported in the 600 block of East Street.

Justin M. Slichenmyer, 33, Bradford was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol and criminal damage to property following a traffic complaint in the 700 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.

A report of a domestic disturbance was made in the 800 block of Florence Street.

Sunday:

A traffic stop at West Division and Franklin led to a written warning.

Jesus L. Rivera, 29, Kewanee and Richard A. Revers, 40, Kewanee, were arrested for mob action, disorderly conduct, and aggravated assault following a report of a disturbance/neighborhood trouble in the 400 block of East 7th Street. They were given notices to appear.

A written warning was issued in the 300 block of West South Street following a traffic stop.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at Reecey West.

A domestic disturbance as reported in the 100 block of Garfield Street.

A fireworks complaint was reported in the 200 block of Willard Street.
