Carlos J. Almanza, 22, Moline, was issued citations for no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Main Street. He was given a notice to appear.

A vehicle operated by Emily M. Robinson, 37, Kewanee, struck a vehicle operated by a 17-year-old male juvenile in the 1200 block of East Third Street. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

An animal at large was reported at Elliott and Park streets.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Alexis E. Cazares-Bretado, 35, Kewanee, was arrested for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop at Boss Street and Commercial Avenue. He was given a notice to appear.
