Sarah E. Monroe, 19, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor, and consumption of alcohol by a minor. She was given a notice to appear. Alexia J. Cardenas, 18, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor, consumption of alcohol by a minor, driving under the influence, possession of adult-use cannabis in a motor vehicle and failure to signal following a traffic stop at Vine and Willow streets. She was given notices to appear.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 100 block of East Division Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Willow Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 300 block of Roosevelt Avenue.

A residential burglary was reported in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 300 block of West Division Street.

Crystal M. Thornton, 43, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear/ larceny in the 300 block of West First Street. She was also arrested for unlawful use of an account number with intent to defraud. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Shannon L. Hunter, 54, Kewanee, was cited for driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Main Street, and given a notice to appear.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Central Boulevard.
