Michael J. Stefanski, 33, Kewanee, was cited for illegal burning following a report of illegal burning in the 100 block of Edwards Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Francis D. Strum, 52, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for burglary following a report of probation- home visit in the 1600 block of Lake Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Brett L. Goforth, 37, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for burglary following an in-state warrant in the 800 block of Pine Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
