A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Olivia L. Salsman, 20, Kewanee, and Jyrel Israel, 42, Kewanee, was reported in the 1400 block of Lake Street. No injuries were reported. Salsman was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was given a notice to appear.
