An animal at large was reported downtown.

A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Yolanda M. Housley, 48, Kewanee, and Felissa R. Sullivan, 58, Kewanee, was reported at Division and East streets. No injuries were reported. Housley was issued citations for driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Rockwell Street.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Michael A. Duytschaver, 24, Kewanee, was cited for driving while license is suspended following a traffic stop at Church Street and East Street South. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of battery in the 100 block of Payson Street.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Antwain R. Cabil, 32, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of North Main Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
