Dawn M. Chasteen, 34, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at Fourth Street and Lakeview Avenue. She was given a notice to appear.

Ashley A. Merritt, 25, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of meth, operating an uninsured vehicle, and loud exhaust following a traffic stop at Division and East streets. She was given a notice to appear.

An accident involving Isabella N. Hicks, 18, Kewanee, and a 17-year-old female, was reported at East Street South and East South Street. Hicks was cited for improper lane usage, and the 17-year-old was cited for no lights when required. No injuries were reported.
