Robert I. Devenney, 46, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Henry County warrant for unlawful restraint, violation of order of protection and domestic battery following a traffic stop at Seventh and Elm streets. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Aleiah M. Schinkey, 24, Kewanee, and Matthew J. Payette, 25, Kewanee, were both arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop in the 300 block of South Main Street. Schinkey was also issued a citation for driving on a suspended license. They were given notices to appear.
