Amanda J. Miller, 37, of Kewanee, was ticketed for driving while license spending and operating an uninsured vehicle, following a traffic stop at Division and Willard streets.

After police responded to a complaint of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Payson Street, Stephanie N. Chayer, 30, of Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for a pretrial hearing. She was issued a notice to appear.
