Samantha E. Giese, 38, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for obstructing justice, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal transportation of alcohol by passenger following a traffic stop at Third and Walnut streets.

Joventino Herrera, 43, Kewanee, was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop at East and Rollins streets. He was given a notice to appear.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Sara K. Britt, 33, Kewanee, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle following a report of a follow-up in the 100 block of North Vine Street.

A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Robyn M. Ballard, 76, Galva, and Justin J. Padilla, 46, Kewanee, was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Will Hull, 32, Kewanee, was arrested on a Galesburg PD warrant for possession of contraband in a penal institution following an in-state warrant in the 1600 block of Lake Street. No bond was posted and he was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 900 block of North Main Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 1100 block of West Mill Street.

A damage-only traffic accident was reported in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Joshua L. Ince, 36, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for domestic battery following a report of a custody dispute in the 400 block of East Third Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 600 block of Park Avenue.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone threat in the 500 block of North Grove Street.

Nithin Alias, 30, Kewanee, was cited for no valid driver’s license and speeding (53/40) following a traffic stop in the 600 block of North East Street. He was given a notice to appear.
