Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of East Second Street.

Mark A. Tibbs Jr., 38, was arrested for driving on a revoked license following a traffic stop at Fourth and East streets. He was given a notice to appear.

David A. Reeves, 81, Kewanee, struck a vehicle driven by Shelbi Galloway, 23, Kewanee, in the 300 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported. Reeves was cited for leaving the scene of an accident. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident in the 600 block of West Central Boulevard.

Scott A. Petty, 38, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell following a report of possession of methamphetamine in the 400 block of South Main Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to report of theft in the 800 block of Lake Street.

Talayah Hines, 28, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for retail theft after a follow-up in the 100 block of Hope Way.

Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of East Third Street.
