Storm R. Ince, 25, Kewanee, was arrested on a valid McHenry County warrant for failure to appear for producing 20-50 cannabis plants, manufacturing/delivering cannabis and aggravated animal cruelty following a traffic stop at Franklin and Rose streets. He was also arrested for possession of meth, intent to deliver meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
