Alex C. Vandevoorde, 21, Kewanee, was issued a citation for driving on a suspended license following a traffic complaint in the 100 block of West Kellogg Avenue. Vandevoorde was given a notice to appear.

Carlos F. Moran, 33, Kewanee, was arrested for a Stark County warrant for failure to appear for driving on a suspended license following a report of a civil complaint in the 400 block of East Third Street. He was transported to the Stark County Jail.
