A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Catherine Milem, 72, Kewanee, and Rebekah M. Smith, 45, Kewanee, was reported at South and Tenney streets. Milem was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid accident. Smith was cited for a child safety restraint violation. They were given notices to appear. No injuries were obtained.
