A 16-year-old was cited for failure to secure passenger in a motor vehicle and issued a notice to appear, following a traffic stop in the 300 block of South Main Street.

Athalia E. Empson, 20, Toulon, was arrested for aggravated battery following a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 1000 block of West South Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Bradley J. Arbeiter, 41, Peoria, was cited for speeding, 59/40, following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of West South Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal was impounded from the 200 block of South Park Street after a report of an animal at large.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at the Page Street Extension, west of the tracks.

An animal was impounded from the 300 block of West Oak Street.

Police received a call to remove an unwanted subject from the 200 block of Tenney Street.

Carl P. Porter, 45, Wyoming, was arrested in the 100 block of East South Street for possession of methamphetamine and on a Stark County Warrant for failure to appear for driving while license is suspended. He was unable to post bond and taken to the Stark County Jail.

Theft of under $500 was reported in the 100 block of North Burr Boulevard.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Fifth Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at McClure Street and Whitney Avenue.

A disturbance, fights, riots-brawls was reported in the 200 block of West Eighth Street.

Rebekah M. Smith, 45, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery following the report of a disturbance in the 500 block of Rockwell Street. She was taken to the Henry County Jail.

Explosion/use of fireworks was reported in the 500 block of Beach Avenue.

Theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 400 block of North Cottage Street.

Kelsey K. Johnston, 36, Kewanee, was arrested in the 400 block of East Third Street on a Henry County Warrant for failure to appear on a charge of retail theft, and transported to the Henry County Jail.

A report of use/explosion of fireworks was made in the 300 block of Maple Street.
