Patrick G. Hines, 43, Kewanee, was arrested for aggravated battery following a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 500 block of South Main Street. He was given a notice to appear. Jordan D. Fann, 36, Kewanee, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault. Fann was transported to the Henry County Jail.
