Cheryl L. Smith, 46, Kewanee, was issued citations for operating an uninsured vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop in the 100 block of West South Street. She was given notices to appear.

Cassel Taylor, 27, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for a court order violation following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Tenney Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
