Nicholas W. Ogorzalek, 40, Kewanee, was cited for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Prospect Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of North Adams Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 800 block of Rockwell Street.

Animal abuse and neglect was reported in the 1300 block of West Division Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 100 block of South Grace Avenue. It was taken to the pound.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Bryan K. Cooksey, 60, Kewanee, was arrested in the 400 block of East 10th Street on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Jared C. Dougherty, 29, Kewanee, was arrested for aggravated battery following a disturbance in the 1000 block of West South Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal was impounded in the 600 block of Harrison Street.
