A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Raul Isidoro, 21, Kewanee, and Rose M. Taylor, 57, Kewanee, was reported at East and Lake streets. No injuries were reported. Isidoro was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating uninsured vehicle and no valid driver’s license. He was given notices to appear.
